Role & Responsibilities:

1. Build our digital marketing roadmap
2. Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
3. Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
4. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
5. Oversee our social media accounts
6. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytic.
7. Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
8. Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
9. Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
10. Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
11. Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments

Requirements and skills

1.Proven work experience 8+ years as a Digital marketing Head
2. Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
3.Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
4. Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
5. Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytic and CRM software Familiarity with web design.
6. Excellent analytical and project management skills
7. Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
8. BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field.
